Demo @ 50,  Panel Session

Tools Panel Session

Thank you for being a part of the ‘Thoughts for Tools: Developing Through A Doug Lens’ panel session I am hosting at the 50th anniversary of Doug Engelbart’s demo.

We will not have a lot of time but we have an important task: To inspire someone in the audience on the day or in the future to actually build something which both augments their intellect and which is built in a manner which can allow for bootstrapping and participating in the C-Level of activities.

I would very much appreciate it if you could write a brief statement on this now, to help us align and think about this. If you would like blog about it here on jrnl.global you are more than welcome but any other blog is fine too. I will link your comments below.

The way the panel will go will be a very brief intro by me followed by a one min prepared statement by each and then we attack the issue. It is important to note that the transcript and all other records of the day will be hosted here on jrnl.global so please feel free to blog and publicly comment/discuss and so on.

Any thoughts on how to improve this blog will be greatly appreciated. We are already working on some angles for how to make it more ‘Engelbartian‘.
